One of Platinum Plumbing's employees provided an inflated bill for services and an highly inflated bid for a residential repair job. After speaking with the owner of the company, the problem was expeditiously handled and satisfied. It was great to see the owner of the company take a direct care of this problem.

I talked to Joel T. regarding this matter and have resolved the matter. Joel T. said he will retract the review once he recieves a revised bill for the work that was performed. Jim B.
